Now is not a good time….

So I went to my doctor today to get a script for my “happy pills” and as usual, she checked my blood pressure. The last time she checked it was a month ago and she mentioned that it was a little high. When she checked it today, it was 150/90. She’s sending me for blood tests to check my liver, kidneys, sugar levels, cholesterol, etc to see what’s going on.

I know that the excess weight I’m carrying isn’t helping anything so that needs to go. But I also need to cut salt out of my diet.

Maria, I know you had a similar health scare…maybe we can chat some more about it?

I have enough on my plate without health issues creeping in!
