This is MY year


I know that a lot of people don’t agree with making new year resolutions because by Jan 2, all the resolutions have usually gone out of the window, but I’m making one for myself.

I have tried and failed so many times in losing the extra weight that I’m carrying but never before had the extra weight REALLY affected my health. Last month my doctor told me that my blood pressure was too high for 2 check ups and that I need to do something about my weight.

So now is the time. I will post in more detail my plans to FINALLY get down to my goal weight and maybe if you need to lose some weight, and feel like joining me, I’d be more than happy to travel down to skinnyville with you!

I hear you Tina. This year has to be the year. My weight has *really* been affecting my health for years.. and I’m not getting any younger. I have great support at Weight Watchers.. it’s time I applied what I know and use the tools I have. I have a blog post in the pipeline about this… But just flitting from one thing to another on the computer today. It’s *so hot* here.
