Trashy mags

You know, I haven’t bought a trashy mag in a long time! When I was working, I used to buy them all the time. I’d grab one at lunch time to read while I was eating my lunch or I would buy one on the way to the bus stop so I could read it on the bus trip home.

Now, the only magazines I buy are parenting magazines. Maybe once in a while, I will buy Better Homes and Gardens or a food magazine.

They are such a waste of money! I’m in the middle of doing a big clean-up at home and I’ve just culled a whole pile of mags that I’ve read and don’t need to hold on to anymore.

Do you buy magazines? What do you do with them after you’ve read them?

    Tha’ts a really good point, that people buy mags and just let them pile up. I had a subscription to Cosmo and halfway through my subscription I just stopped reading. So I just have a pile of them that I may read eventually. Really wasteful.
