Interest hikes…again!

Boy, am I glad that I don’t have to worry about mortgages, mortgage lenders and home loans! I’m watching the evening news and it was just mentioned that there could be another interest hike in the coming weeks. That is the 9th? one in the last year or so, I think. While renting can be costly in the long run and the rent paid is helping pay off someone else’s mortgage, I still think that, with the interest rates as they are, I’d rather be renting.
