I really think we need to get a new mattress. I’ve been waking up with a sore back for a couple of weeks now (and DH has been complaining as well). Unfortunately our savings won’t support us in buying a new mattress right now. Hopefully in a few months we’ll be able to afford one - one that offers better back support. I’m hanging for a good nights’ sleep!

My darling husband, funnily enough, is in full support of me buying new lingerie so I took another look at some lingerie websites and found a site that sells plus size leather corsets. Being a plus size girl, it’s exciting to see that there are sexy pieces to buy. Just because I’m a big girl, doesn’t mean I don’t want to look sexy!

I don’t have much luck with watches. I don’t know if I have some sort of chemical reaction thing happening in my body but I’ve owned a couple of watches that stop working as soon as I wear them. At first I thought the batteries were faulty so I had them replaced but the same thing happened!

So when I was asked if I wanted to go looking at luxury watches, I was a bit wary because I was worried that every watch in the shop would stop and it would be my fault…lol

Have watches stopped for you like that? Or is it just me?!

I mentioned on one of my other blogs how a friend of ours always talks “geek speak” to me and I have no idea what he’s talking about - so now I get a phone call from a girl friend saying that this mutual friend has started doing it to her now and he gave her the same spiel about patch panels and stuff! It must be his new hobby or something…lol

Not too old to play games

I’ve been reading lately that a lot of women are getting into xbox 360 games and Wii games as a way to get some exercise. I think it’d be fun to play virtual tennis or bowling or something like that. Do you play those types of games to stay fit? If you do, do you find that they are a workout?

Of course, I’d probably have to do it while the kids are out of the house because they’d take over the system!

I like gold. I would never tire of opening gifts with shiny gold bracelets or glimmering gold chains! So when my family asks me what I want for my birthday or for Christmas, I gently escort them to my laptop, open up my bookmarks folder and leave them to browse through the pages on the Apples of Gold website.

Apples Of Gold caught my attention because of the beautiful pieces of jewellery displayed on the website. The photos are really clear so you can see the detail in each of the pieces. I particularly like the “jewellery under $100″ section because it’s nice to get beautiful pieces at a bargain price! But that is not saying that the prices of the rest of the beautiful pieces are outrageous because all the items are reasonably priced so that everyone can afford a gorgeous gift for themselves or someone they love.

I like to read about other customers’ feedback before I purchase from an online store. I have read nothing but praise about the website and the quality of the jewellery offered.

So, my birthday is coming up, need a few ideas of what to get me? LOL

I’m not eating chocolate but nobody said I couldn’t LOOK at it! And Fannie May Candies has some delicious, gourmet chocolates to satisfy my virtual craving! I’ve just spent the last half hour looking at the gorgeous assortments of chocolates available. I could quite easily do my gift-shopping right here because there’s something for everyone!

Biker chick?

Since I don’t have another post ready to publish, I thought I’d share another secret.

I would like to get my motorbike license.

And of course if I get my bike license, I will have to get some hot leathers to go riding in to , you know, look the part…lol So I did a quick search and came across The Bazaar Online. I didn’t bother clicking on the mens motorcycle jackets, instead I went straight to the ladies biker jackets and saw some nice looking leathers.

I was pleased to see that The Bazaar Online ships internationally too so if I can’t find the jacket I want locally, I can always order it through them.

Of course, I’m not getting my bike license until I reach my goal weight so here’s another reason why I should get my butt moving!
